The best Mexican joint in Hope. Normally pretty busy, but wait times are never crazy. Call ahead for your table to cut the wait. Food is packed with flavor and always cooked correctly. Chips/Salsa are phenomenal.

Prices were way too high, my food was almost cold.

Wow, lunch here was great. Fajitas were the lunch special on the day we visited and they were delicious, chicken and beef. Highly recommend a visit!

Go to Vilma’s, it’s about 3 minutes down the road. Way better.Update: After giving this place a second chance I’m sadder than a mother at her child’s funeral.

Fajitas for two is my favorite meal to share with my husband. Great food and great prices!

4 stars brother! When the Towers of Power went to eat, macho didnt dig the entree he tried. But the chips, salsa and queso blanco were really good and the homemade strawberry punch was delicious and strong, like a headlock of flavor! Dig it!

We were in town on vacation and decided to try this restaurant out. It was so good we came here two nights in a row! Excellent service, great salsa & queso, fresh tasting food! We're from Houston and love our TexMex...wish this restaurant was located in our home town. Give 'em a try, you won't be disappointed.

Service was decent and food was OK. Nothing like my friend told me it was. The waitress brought a large bowl of queso instead of a small and since we didn't know it was a large, we went ahead and started eating it.The waitress informed us it was a large queso and we were going to have to pay for the large or they would scrape some out into a small bowl. The manager was adamant about us paying for the large but another guest at our table resolved the issue.We tipped the waitress well as it was obvious she had not been trained but she tried really hard.

I have dined at their Texarkana location many times, so I was expecting the same great food here. Sorry, but it was awful! The service was good, the food was so bad, as hungry as I was I couldn’t eat it. I thought that it was because I had gotten too hot working and was dehydrated, so I got a box, took it home and heated it up for breakfast. Nope! Just as bad. Had the chicken ranchero. It was so salty, and the cheese and chicken tasted cheap. Salsa was not good either. I gave it 2 stars because at least the service was good.

This is a great place if you want something quick to eat while traveling and you don't want fast food.The service was excellent and the food came out very quickly. I had enchiladas with rice and beans and they tasted very good. I did not like either the green or red salsa, but the cheese dip was great.The floors were a little wet, and the bathrooms were not well stocked, but it overall felt clean.

Great place to eat and food is so wonderful and it melts in your mouth! The price is not terrible but it's pretty much worth it. I love going there because it seems they are the only legit Mexican restaurant in Hope, Ark.!

Stopped by for margarita's & chili queso while in town. Service & food was excellent as always. Margarita really hit the spot after working outside!

Solid food. Good service. I wish they had real enchilada sauce but the sour cream sauce was pretty good. Prices are reasonable but not dirt cheap. Good for a visit

I absolutely love this restaurant and would stop by a lot just to pick up an order of salsa because it’s the best around. HOWEVER, today I tasted it and instantly knew that someone screwed it up big time. It has absolutely no flavor. It’s basically like eating slightly tomato tasting WATER. I’m extremely displeased and won’t be coming back. My money is spent elsewhere.

Solid 5 star here at Amigo Juan's Mexican Cafe. My waitress, Kailey, was very polite and professional. Very sweet. The tamales were so flavorful, the tostada was probably the best I ever had but the real treat was the flan I ordered for dessert. I will surely return to this little gem. Great job! God bless you all.

Really enjoyed having lunch here. Authentic food with sweet tea just like grandma used to make. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely stop in again.
